Returns & Exchanges
At Moonflower Ibiza, each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. We do not offer refunds or cancellations; all sales are final. However, we do permit exchanges for another item under the following strict guidelines:
Exchange Conditions
Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 business days of your order's confirmed delivery date.
Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be completely unused, unmodified, undamaged, and returned in its original Moonflower Ibiza packaging. Any item showing signs of wear or alteration will be rejected.
Shipping Fees: The customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the original item back and shipping the new exchanged item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Once authorized, ship the item back to us promptly.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item to verify its original condition, we will coordinate your exchange order and send you a payment link for the secondary shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged from transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue immediately.
