If you are on the island, you can bypass shipping fees by collecting your order directly from one of our market stands. Select your preferred location during checkout.

  • Hours: Wednesdays: 10:00 – 17:00 (All other days available by private appointment)

  • Rate: Free

Option 2: Benirràs Beach Market

  • Location: Stand Moonflower Ibiza, Playa de Benirràs, s/n, Sant Joan de Labritja, Ibiza

  • Hours: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun: 12:00 – 19:00 (Wednesdays & Thursdays available by private appointment)

  • Rate: Free

How it works: Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to coordinate your exact collection time, especially if you require a private appointment outside of standard market hours.

Moonflower Ibiza ships worldwide. Below you will find the exact details on shipping times and costs for every destination region.

All jewelry prices listed on our website are in Euros (€). For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the displayed price.

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping costs and the final total amount for your purchase before confirming your order and completing payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain). Because we ship from within the European Union, orders delivered to EU member states will not incur any customs duties or import clearances.

For all destinations outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), shipments are subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are calculated at the border, are completely outside of our control, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For more detailed information regarding your country's import thresholds, please contact your local customs office.

Refusing a Delivery

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your international order to avoid paying local import duties, taxes, or because you changed your mind, the package will be returned to our studio.

Please note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping penalties, carrier storage fees, or return duties charged back to Moonflower Ibiza will be strictly deducted from your exchange credit balance.

Order Processing Time

Processing times depend on the specific jewelry items you order.

Orders with full payment completed before 14:00 will begin processing on that same business day. All orders are prepared and shipped from Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain).

Please note that no order processing or shipping occurs on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • In-Stock Items: All products that show an available quantity (excluding Feather Earrings and Hairclips) are prepared and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Our Feather Earrings and Hairclips are uniquely crafted to order to ensure the highest possible quality. These artisanal products are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Payments

We offer a fully secure, encrypted checkout process and accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • Express Checkout: Apple Pay and Google Pay for instant, one-click mobile payments.

  • Flexible Financing (BNPL): Klarna, allowing you to split your purchase into flexible, interest-free installment options (availability may vary based on your billing country).

All transactions are processed securely in Euros (€). Your payment method will be charged immediately upon final order confirmation.

Cancellations & Exchanges

All sales are final; we do not issue refunds. However, we accept item exchanges under strict conditions.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece of jewelry, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has already been delivered, you have 14 business days from the confirmed receipt date to request an exchange. The jewelry must be completely unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are solely responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to adjust your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] before your order is dispatched. Modifying the delivery address after dispatch will incur an additional fee depending on the destination country.
